Le Duplex de Genouillac is an elegant gîte, ideal for a couple but which can also accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

The Duplex, recently completely renovated, is on two floors, on the ground floor is the dining room with sofa bed, bar and television, the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden with table, chairs, parasol and a good gas BBQ.

The ground floor also contains a bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine and a separate toilet with washbasin.

On the first floor there is a large 40m2 room with a TV, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs + footstools, a double bed (190×140) in a cocooning area and the main bed in king size (200×150).

The beds are equipped with duvetsand pillows, prepared for your comfort.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. Washing-up liquid, hand soap, sponge and cloth included.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi is available and included in all rooms. The televisions are smart TV with access to TNT, Netflix, Youtube.

Pellet stove heating is also included.

Dogs are allowed on the ground floor at an additional cost.

The sofa bed can also be used as an extra bed for an extra charge, please inform us when booking.

As the stairs are quite steep, the duplex is not suitable for children under 14 years old or large pets (small, clean and well-behaved dogs are accepted). The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) as access to the first floor is cramped.

The gîte is ideally situated in the heart of the village, just a few steps from all the shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher, hairdresser, pharmacy, bar and tobacco shop etc., while offering the serenity and views of our beautiful countryside.

There are many activities available in the area, from sporty hikes to beautiful walks, kayaking, swimming, mountain biking, wakeboarding, fishing and tasting of local products, we will be happy to guide you to discover our beautiful region.
